With her Bollywood career going so well and being in the make up industry as well as in front of the camera for so long, she took this opportunity to as a perfect entry into the makeup industry. Before Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Lara Datta Bhupati have also launched their very own makeup products.
On Wednesday, the ‘Bharat’ actress took to her social media to give her fans a sneak peek of her beauty line with a caption; It’s finally ready, Arriving October 22, 2019. And today, she shared a video introducing her beauty line. The video showcased some of the powerful women in their respective fields. The women that are a part of Kat’s beauty line include influencer Kusha Kapila, rapper Raja Kumari, Saina Nehwal, Zoya Akhtar, Anaita Adajania, etc.
Katrina Kaif also collaborated with South Indian actress Nayanthara for her Kay Beauty campaign, and she took her social media to thank the actress personally. The two actors participated in a photo-shoot for the beauty campaign.
According to the sources, there were rumours sometime back about Kat launching her own beauty line, but there was no confirmation by the actress. On various occasions, when asked about her style statement; the actress has always described her style or beauty statement as ‘elegant & classy’.
Her team was working on the concept of launching a makeup line that depicts Katrina’s style & beauty statement clearly. She recently did a small humorous video with Ranveer Singh where she applied Kohl (Kajal) from her brand in his eyes hinting that the beauty line is dropping soon.
