The BJP may have stayed away from the majority in Haryana, but the formation of the BJP government is almost certain. The party does not want to leave this opportunity. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has jumped into the battle as a troubleshooter. He has also decided that the next government in Haryana will be formed under the leadership of Manohar Lal.
Meanwhile, Shah has invited JJP chief Dushyant Chautala for dinner. The dinner table will be discussed through the dinner diplomacy. BJP is trying to join Dushyant with him for stability. Otherwise, Independent MLAs have pledged to support the BJP. Seven of the eight Independent MLAs have met Chief Minister Manohar Lal.
Since the party wants to give a stable government in the state that is why it has become a compulsion to take Dushyant along. In this way, Dushyant can be offered the post of Deputy CM. Dushyant’s associates will have to be given a place in the cabinet if the JJP joins the BJP. All these things are possible in Amit Shah’s presence. On the other hand, independent MLAs have been assured by Manahar Lal. These MLAs will also get a chance to participate in the government.
This is how the government will be formed
There are 90 assembly seats in Haryana. BJP has got 40 seats in Haryana. The party needs 46 seats to reach the assembly. In such a situation, the party can form the government only by including 07 independents, but the emphasis is being placed on the inclusion of Dushyant to give a permanent government to the people of the state.
JJP will have to see HJC’s condition
Kuldeep Bishnoi’s party HJC came to seven seats during the Hooda government in Haryana, but Kuldeep was unable to stop his MLAs and six MLAs supported the Hooda government. In such a situation, it would be more beneficial for Dushyant to join the government than to keep distance from the government.
Opposition becomes strong in Haryana
The BJP had a majority government in Haryana in the 2014 assembly. Congress had only 15 MLAs. Kuldeep and Renuka later merged with the Congress. Despite being the leader of opposition Abhay Chautala, his nephew Dushyant accused him of being the B team of the government. In such a situation, the Congress used to be weak due to not having a strong opposition, but this time the Congress will play its role strongly.
Halopa leader Gopal Kanda from Sirsa and Independent MLA from Rania Ranjit Singh have left for Delhi. He left Delhi on a charter plane from Sirsa. He is also accompanied by MP Sunita Duggal. In such a situation, it became clear that they are in support of BJP.
Let us tell you that in the 2009 assembly elections, when the Congress did not get a clear majority, he joined the government by giving support to the Congress by Independent MLA Gopal Kanda from Sirsa. He got the post of Home Minister in the Congress government.
Gobind Kanda, brother of Independent MLA Gopal Kanda said that in 2019, 2009 has repeated itself. The BJP has won 40 seats. Gopal Kanda has left for Delhi with 6 MLAs. They will form BJP government.
Gopal Kanda is currently an accused in the Geetika Sharma suicide case who was a female employee of his own company and he is under trial in court and is currently out on bail. In the charge sheet filed by the police, Kanda has been charged with sections 306 (abetment of suicide) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), section 471 (cheating), and several other sections of the IPC including harassment. Apart from this, Section 66 of Information Technology Act has also been imposed. In the charge sheet, Kanda was also accused of forcefully aborting Geetika.
The dead body of Geetika (23 years) was found hanging in her house in Ashok Vihar. In her suicide note, she blamed Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chadha, another employee working in his company, for this. After this, Kanda had to resign from the post of Minister of State for Home Affairs. After some years, Anuradha Sharma, mother of Geetika Sharma also committed suicide.
In the note she left behind, he also blamed Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chadha for the suicide of his daughter. In 2016, charges have also been filed against Gopal Kanda and his brother Govind Kanda in the case of illegal property. Gopal Kanda, who won from Sirsa by just 602 votes, met BJP working president JP Nadda on Thursday night.
