TheSafetyMaster™, founded in the year 2016 is a young organisation and has a dedicated team of young, research driven, innovative and experienced professionals whose aim is to create value for their customers by giving them ingenious services in the field of Safety. It is Safety Consulting, Safety Training, Safety Audit, Risk Assessment Company.
The motto of the team is that, sustainable development is the way to the future and this can only be achieved by transformation and by working together with the clients.
The objective was to provide safety to the people working in this era of industrial growth as today safety is not just a practice that the organisation should follow but it also reflects an essence of the values, an organization believes in.
Even after continuous effort of the legislative bodies, there is still a definite gap in the requirements to be met for occupational safety which this organisation aims to fulfill.
Location of the office
They are based out of Bhiwadi Rajasthan which comes in Delhi NCR and serve pan India basis customers. They are looking forward for an expansion plan to setup a sitting space of 20-25 employee in the current year 2020
How they are different from other similar startups
With the vision of SaferIndia-BetterWorld, their main goal is that safety to reach all homes of India. They want to that their services should reach to each home of India, to ensure that consumer safety, industrial safety and individual safety requirements are met.
Person Behind TheSafetyMaster
Sanjeev Paruthi is the founder of TheSafetyMaster™ and is a bachelor in technology in chemical engineering, and masters in chemical engineering, post graduate diploma in business management and have holds few certificates in safety from UK & Ireland.
His family is based out of Haryana and he studied in Haryana, did his B.Tech-Chemical in Kurukshetra University and M.Engg.-Chemical in DCET, Panjab University Chandigarh. Sanjeev comes from a very simple, humble and basic village family where everyone works hard and they love family, people and country.
At present, there are two directors on board and he believes that his employees are our co-founders as they all are helping to make the company better every day.
Future Prospect
TheSafetyMaster has some financial targets to achieve in the near future and their aim is to have a team base of 50 people in next 5-10 years
