The bench headed by Chief Justice (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi can declare four important decisions within 10 days from November 4 in the Supreme Court.

Apart from this, according to the Swarnim Times report, the bench of the Chief Justice will reconsider its decision in which women of all ages were allowed inside the Ayyappa temple in Sabarimala. The third decision may come on giving the government a clean chit on Rafael. The fourth verdict is awaiting the CJI’s plea to come under the purview of RTI.
The decision will come on Sabarimala
The five-judge bench of CJI reserved its decision on 65 petitions on 6 February. In which 57 petitions were filed for the court to reconsider its decision of 28 September 2018 and 28 petitions were filed against allowing women of all ages to enter Sabarimala. The petitioners say that Lord Ayyappa is Brahmachari, therefore women between 10 and 50 years old should not be allowed entry.
Decision on bringing CJI under RTI
A five-judge bench headed by the CJI submitted its appeal on April 4.
The decision was reserved in which a petition was filed to allow the CJI office to be brought under RTI. This petition was filed by RTI activist Subhash Chandra Aggarwal.
Awaiting decision on Rafael
A three-judge bench headed by the CJI will decide on a petition challenging its decision last year. Last year a petition was filed against the alleged corruption and irregularity committed by the NDA government in purchasing 36 Rafale fighter jets from France. In which the court gave a clean chit to the government. The court has been petitioned to reconsider its decision. The decision on which is awaited. The CJI bench reserved its decision on 10 May.
