- Nitin Shingoteis the Co-Founder and has 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. He is a Civil Engineer, and an MBA in Project Management also holds a Professional Diploma in Real Estate Management. Before starting PropCheckup, he was a leading Builder in Mumbai.
- Nilesh Shingote, Co-Founder and hold five years of experience. He did BBA and MBA in finance and before starting PropCheckup, he was an Investor Banker. He has also worked in Moody’s Analytics (Analytics Arm of World’s Largest Credit Rating Agency) and Ruby Capital (Investment Banking Boutique Firm).
