On Monday, Sony fired a curveball at the tech and automotive businesses by delivering the Vision-S prototype, an EV concept. Merely a week into the new year and Sony has already started what may end up being its most notable release of 2020; on Monday at CES in Las Vegas, the customer electronics company revealed a car, the Vision-S Prototype. This combined electric sedan is a notion designed to bring safety, fun, and adaptability collectively during the driving and riding adventure; to achieve this, Sony designed its own, brand-new EV platform which can also be utilized for other vehicle divisions like SUVs and MPVs.

The Vision S has 33 various sensors on the car controlling the external and internal situations. The firm also said it is spending on technologies such as solid-state LIDAR, deemed a necessary part of fully autonomous driving, and Time-of-Flight cameras that can classify people and things in the vehicle to personalize security and entertainment systems to them.
Sony believes these peculiarities will help it “get more familiar to producers and users” by enabling them to “deliver actuality”.
This adds a scenic screen crossing the dashboard and the firm’s 360 Reality Audio, which gives an impressive audio adventure via speakers mounted into all seats.
Sony is the latest major firm to improve technology and design for autonomous vehicles. In October, the Volkswagen declared the production of a subsidiary named Volkswagen Autonomy, with the German automobile monster stating it intended to “make autonomous driving market-ready.”
