Powergrid Betul sub-station provided financial assistance of Rs 23 lakh to CMO, Betul for taking 2 ventilators in the district hospital for control and rescue of Covid-19. The District Magistrate, Betul appreciated the relief work being done by Powergrid during this nationwide Covid-19 crisis.
Powergrid Vindhyachal sub-station provided financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to Red Cross Society by District Administration, Singrauli for control and rescue of Covid-19. A total of Rs. 12.65 lakhs have been contributed and handed over to Collector, Banaskantha for the PPE kit and ventilator by the Powergrid Banaskantha sub-station. District Magistrate, Banaskantha praised and thanked the efforts being made by Powergrid.
Railway electrification work, Satara-Meraj-Kolhapur project distributed ration materials, PPE kits, sanitizers etc. to the laborers involved in the above work. The importance of social distance was explained to the workers. Ration material was distributed in various labor camps by Railway Electrification Work, Seoni. Regional headquarters, Vadodara, Vadodara GIS, Gwalior, Rewa, Bhuj, Rajgarh, Damoh sub-centers also distributed food and relief supplies to the contracting personnel.
