After its president Sonia Gandhi was criticised by senior journalist Arnab Goswami over the Palghar incident, the Youth Congress on Wednesday shared a creative featuring Congress interim President. While sharing the creative on Twitter, the Youth Congress wrote: ‘Maa Tujhe Salaam’.

This comes a day after two persons allegedly attacked journalist Arnab Goswami’s car in Mumbai and tried to break its glass window while he and his wife, Samyabrata Ray, were on their way home from Republic TV headquarter.
The Youth Congress’s tweet didn’t go down well with netizens, who took to Twitter and expressed their views. One user while slamming Youth Congress said, “This is why I won’t ever vote for this party to rule my country.” Another user said, “Reason why BJP will be in power for don’t know how much long time.”

On April 23, Arnab Goswami had lodged a complaint alleging that the said attackers were Youth Congress workers. An FIR was registered on Thursday morning against the two and are now in police custody.
