Anupriya is the founder of Maxworth Impact, a digital media, and communications firm that provides digital marketing strategies, social media content, and visual content strategy —– headquartered in Lucknow, operations PAN India.
Anupriya, who hails from Lucknow, started her journey under the guidance and support of her entrepreneur father and his company – Maxworth Communication and quickly went on to form her own brand – Maxworth Impact.
She shifted her home base from Lucknow to Delhi and is working hard to give the right exposure to her business venture.
As someone who is extremely passionate about communication, and believes in its relevance as a platform – to form bonds and network, this is what drew her towards this field, and she decided to become a professional Brand Communication enabler.
Anupriya strongly believes that correct communication is the key to unlimited creation and freedom of expression. It also gives wings to creativity.
She has worked for 10 years in the field of Marketing Strategies, Digital Media, Social Media Content, and Project Planning and after moving to Delhi, she realized the potential and the scope in this sector.
Her interest and passion directed her towards working with different clients and being a catalyst — to enable and deliver marketing solutions and communication at a very basic and necessary level.
Hence, the Maxworth Impact’s motto – ‘Facilitate Communication Ensuring Maximum Visibility’ is apt.
Since its inception in 2018, the company under her leadership demonstrates a result-oriented approach, unique content, and has quickly and steadily established a brand name for itself.
In my conversation with Anupriya, she exuded confidence, intelligence, and awareness for women entrepreneurs who want to create, build, and give vision to their ideas and turn them into successful businesses and for someone who believes such, she is an inspiration for others.
Being a member of YLC at AIMA, she is a global shaper and her work style is detailed and personal. She works closely with her team, is engaged, and supervises the entire process right from the start until delivery, as per the client’s needs.
COVID -19 pandemic, has greatly stressed the need for communication via various channels, as personal social interactions become limited, for Anupriya, she adopted a focused dedicated approach to making sure that her clients are comfortable and expressions of communication are supported, even in these tough times.
For any business venture to be successful, the idea, the product, or service, must identify its market, clients, and have growth potential.
It requires a vision, meticulous planning, resources, and infrastructure, a team to deliver, leadership, and finally execution.
