  • According to intelligence agencies, warning was being given 15 days ago by anti-national organizations;
  • On Friday morning around 7:30 am two unknown people carried out the incident, an ASI of Punjab Police was posted on the spot;

A big incident has come to light in Moga on Friday. On the fourth floor of the Deputy Commissioner’s office, mischievous elements hoisted the Khalistani flag today, while taking the previously held national flag down with a rope. It is said that three Punjab Police ASIs were stationed here. After this incident there has been a stir in the area. The search for miscreants has started in a hurry. Surprisingly, despite the warning given by anti-national organizations 15 days ago, the Khalistani flag was hoisted at the highest administrative building in the district.

According to the information received, the Moga DC Complex has three local rank ASI  Butter Singh, Talwinder Singh, and Nirmal Singh. Of these, there was only one present at the time of the incident, the other two arrived later. Meanwhile, two youths came to the complex on Friday morning and hoisted the Khalistan flag outside the DC office. The young man did not stop here. He climbed to the fourth floor of the managerial complex and put the Khalistan flag on the roof pipe there too. Not only this, Khalistani supporters took the Indian national flag with them by cutting the rope. On getting the information, SSP Harmanbir Singh Gill, SDM Jaswant Singh reached the spot.

Although the police immediately took off the Kesari flag and hoisted the new tricolor there, but due to this incident, a big question was raised on the police that how the anti-national forces hoisted the Kesari flag on the DC office building just a day before Independence Day.

Keep in mind, a few days before the Indian government blacklisted Khalistani terrorist, Gurpatwant Pannu had made an audio viral that if people hoist the Khalistani flag on their houses on August 15, they would be given 25 thousand American dollars instead.
