Ayodhya: The health of Nritya Gopal Das, the president of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Nyas, suddenly worsened on Thursday morning. On receiving this information, there was chaos in the whole district and immediately a team of doctors including DM, CMO reached for their investigation. A Coronavirus test was done on Nritya Gopaldas ji, in which he has been found infected. After this, all the people who met him have been ordered to quarantine.
The Health Department team immediately reached and tested the Mahant and gave the necessary medicines. Doctors have told that “Mahant Nritya Gopal Das has symptoms of cold and mild fever. At the moment, we have taken their samples for some tests and have given necessary medicines. The reason will be known only after the test reports arrive”. Hearing the news of Mahant’s deteriorating health, crowds of people and sadhus from nearby temples wanted to visit him, which the administration controlled with great difficulty.
When the information about Mahant’s health deteriorated, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ( CM Yogi Adityanath ) immediately spoke to Mahant and the doctors over the phone. During this time, the administration talked about gathering of the crowd. On which Yogi Adityanath, while deciding, has given instructions to lock the temple gate for some time.
Mahant’s disciples said that Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, president of Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust and Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Nyas, was also sitting at the birthplace of Thakurji at 12 o’clock on Wednesday night. It was his disciple who carried on the tradition of consecration. After the birth anniversary, the mahants were stopped at the Ram temple at the State Bank.
Nritya Gopal was seated on the stage with PM Modi on the day of the bhoomipujan. There was earlier a case of coronavirus in the temple when a priest had tested positive.
