In the case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut’s problems may increase. Sushant’s cousin and BJP MLA, Neeraj Kumar Singh, has sent him a legal notice. It says that they should apologize in 48 hours on their statement, otherwise a defamation case will be filed against them. Raut had said that Sushant’s father wanted to get married again, so Sushant was very angry.
Today, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) will not question anyone in this case due to Janmashtami’s leave. The ED has questioned Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty twice, his brother Shovik three times, his father Indrajit once. Apart from this, his manager Shruti Modi and his roommate Siddharth Pithani have been questioned twice. The ED has also recorded the statement of Mitu Singh, Sushant’s sister.
Nobody saw my son being hanged: KK Singh
KK Singh, Sushant’s father, told the Supreme Court, on Tuesday’s hearing, that there is no one to offer him fire. He said – no one has seen my son hanging. Sushant was lying in bed when my daughter arrived. Sushant’s father said that the case needs investigation.
The investigation of Sushant case has been started by the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI. The main accused Rhea Chakraborty has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding that the case be transferred from Patna to Mumbai. The court is likely to give its verdict on Thursday.
KK Singh’s lawyer, Vikas Singh, told Justice Hrishikesh Roy’s bench that the family was in mourning, so there was a delay in filing an FIR in the case. As the family recovered from mourning, they (KK Singh) lodged an FIR in Patna.
Call records of Rhea Chakraborty reveal that she was in touch with celebrities like superstar Aamir Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, Aditya Roy Kapur, Rana Daggubati, Sunny Singh and choreographer Late Saroj Khan.
Shiv Sena has been under a lot of fire for their continual denial towards a CBI inquiry in the case. Comments like these only work to add fuel to the fire where their involvement is concerned.
