A special court in Delhi has given a big blow to Congress leader P Chidambaram. The Rouse Avenue court has allowed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to arrest and interrogate former Finance Minister P Chidambaram in the INX Media money laundering case. The court allowed the ED to interrogate P Chidambaram for 30 minutes. The ED will interrogate him in Delhi's Tihar Jail tomorrow.

According to the Central Investigation Agency, the action taken under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) involves the attachment of Bhushan Steel, its buildings, plants and machinery in Odisha. The total value of the attached property is estimated to be around Rs 4025.23 crore.
