IBM has declared Sandip Patel as Bajwa's heir. He will be the MD of IBM's India & South Asia operations. Green, on the other hand, will be succeeded by Brenda Harvey, who is currently the General Manager, US Public Market. Her current specification will be GM, Asia Pacific.
