To overcome such issues and eradicate exploitation of buyers in the hand of developers, RERA was passed by the parliament. This have a sense of relief to home buyers, to approach the tribunals and put forth their grievance and recover their hard-earned money which they paid as a consideration to get a home for themselves. To avoid such dispute and gain back the trust of buyers and providing them timely complete project with 100% satisfaction, JVM Developers took the initiative in 2008 and entered the real estate market.
