Into the Wild Camp: Join the most Serene and Eco-friendly Camp...

Neeraj and Mehak, founder of Into the Wild Camp were mesmerised by the beauty of the calmness of Bhimashankar and decided to start camping as it is a perfect location to camp and be in the Wild especially for people who would want to be connected with nature. Location of the Camp is 80km form Pune and 170km from Mumbai. They own a 10 acres land at Bhimashankar, which is surrounded by Sahyadri range on all sides, perched on top a hill with a view of the Chas Kaman dam backwaters. It boasts of a private waterfall, nature trails, a lot of peacocks during monsoons and birds of different species. Fireflies are found abundantly here just before the start of rains. The campsite turns into a green cover during monsoons, making it look bright and beautiful. It is 22kms away from the famous Bhimashankar temple. The camp that started just nine months ago is now a well-functioning stay for people. Their work has given employment to a lot of villagers and women. It is a bootstrapped venture, and as a social responsibility, Mehak conducts free English classes for the children of the village.
