He has over 35 years of experience in IT technology domain in business development, Marketing, go to market strategy, sales, pre-sales,product management, etc. in terms of developing and growing business and positioning emerging technology solutions to various customers globally.
J B Lalla has best industry practices brilliant domain knowledge with the products like Banking Terminals, ATMs, Smart Cards, Kiosks, Digital Signage’s solutions, Q- Management, Q-Management, Customer Feedback Systems, POS IT consulting and Solution Selling of new emerging technologies.
In the last 3-decades he has received lot of appreciation letters from the customers for installing these solutions. He is not only been a technology panellist but also a delegate in lot of IT Industry conferences, summits and events. He has reviewed new management books and published articles in Indian and foreign publication. In his, 35 years of practise he has received the following awards:

Venkat has 33 years of experience in the IT industry and is a consulting partner and a co-founder of the company. He is well versed with development life-cycle activities and has served clients in India, US, Canada, Gulf and Netherlands in onsite and offshore environments. He has over 15 years of domain exposure in the BFSI space and has delivered projects in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, in diverse platforms, complying with ISO-9001 and SEI CMMi-5 quality methodologies. He is also a functional and technology consultant in the recruitment space and has assisted recruitment agencies with technology solutions.

Venkat is an expert in process analysis, problem solving, consulting, data migration, database design, application design and implementation. His key responsibilities include project management, delivery management, customer relationship management and pre-sale activities. He was involved in design and development of emigration clearance project for Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, Govt. of India which has won accolades from the ministry and the user fraternity. Venkat has served companies in different capacities and is geared up to serve the industry with passion, dedication and commitment.

She is an experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of career reflecting strong leadership qualifications with hands-on experience in Projects, Delivery, CMMI across Banking, Power domains. She is an expert in planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills. Ability to support multiple simultaneous projects. She also has an experience in developing, maintaining applications in different technologies – CICS, Cobol, Web, Data Ware Housing. Her key ability and expertise include:
- Well organized, self-motivated and directed individual who has a proven ability to device standards, procedures and processes which can improve business functionality.
- She is an effective communicator honed people management, relationship management, analytical, tactical and coordination skills.
- Expert in Agile and Water Fall project management methodologies: Able to manage large project team and known to deliver quality deliverables.
- Possess good understanding of SEI-CMM processes. Lead Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) in rolling out processes in the organization.
- Expert in estimating size, effort using Function Point Analysis Technique.
