The award has been given to NHPC in recognition of its commendable work done for the development of women in NHPC. The award was received by N.K. Jain, Director (Personnel), NHPC along with other senior women officers/ employees of NHPC during the 30th National Meet of WIPs at Hyderabad on 11.02.2020. N.K. Jain also took part in Panel Discussion on “Power of Decision making and commitments” during the event.
During the above-mentioned National Meet, Savitri Srivastav, Executive Director (IT&C), NHPC was conferred with the ‘Best Women Employee Award – Executive category’. Savitri Srivastav, was given the award in recognition of her distinct and extraordinary accomplishments for development of New Technologies, Education and Outreach and other leadership and support activities consistent with WIPS’s mission. The award was given by Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Governor, Telangana.
